An abandoned 1950’s building in San Juan PR, was renovated into a 86 room beach front destination hotel. The minimal color palette and bright decor acts as a perfect framework for the ocean view rooms to ocean front dining.In the double height lobby, the colors blend to create nuances of tone and texture that enliven curated guest experiences unique to the look and feel of the festive Caribbean life of Puerto Rico. The full renovation included ballrooms, two restaurants, a juice bar, lobby bar, guest rooms, pool bar and festive cabanas.
